I am a current member of the Essendon Football Club. How do I receive my 10% discount on merchandise?

All members wishing to receive their 10% discount will be required to create a new account prior to making their first order from the above date. Please follow the below steps to create your new Bomber Shop account:

  1. Click on Register in the top menu 

  2. Tick “Yes” you are a club member

  3. Provide your Membership Email – Enter your email address that exists on your membership account. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 03 8430 2000 or email at [email protected]

  4. Provide your Membership Password – Enter your Membership Login password, if you do not know this you will need to reset your password on the membership website 

  5. Bomber Shop Password – Create your Bomber Shop password. This can be the same or different from your membership password. 

  6. Reconfirm your new password for Bomber Shop

  7. Fill out your personal details 

  8. Tick you agree to the Privacy Policy

  9. Prove you are not a Robot

  10. Click “Create Account”

I’m not seeing discounted items?

Once you are logged in as a club member your 10% membership discount will be automatically applied (you won’t see the original price that non-members see). When you land on the cart it will say that 'club member discounts have been applied'.


I do not have an email address linked to my membership. What do I do?

To add an email address to your membership account please contact the membership department on 03 8430 2000 or email at [email protected]

I do not know my password for my membership account. What do I do?

To reset your password, please click on the link below and follow the prompt to “Forgot Password”. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email it might mean that we have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on 03 8430 2000 or email at [email protected] to update your details.

I want to use a different email address to the email linked to my membership. What do I do?

To receive a 10% discount, your email address must match the email address linked to your membership. If you need to update this please contact the membership department on 03 8430 2000 or email at [email protected] 

I have set up my account, but it is not recognising me as a member. What should I do?

Please check that your email address and membership password are correct. These details must match what is on your membership record. If you are unsure whether the email address and password match, you can test this by logging into your membership account here -

If you are unable to login to your membership account, please try reset your password.

If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on to update your details. 03 8430 2000 or email at [email protected] 

Once this is done, please try created your new account again.

The club has given me a temporary password. Can I use this to create my Bomber Shop account?

No. If you have a temporary password, you will need to create a new password through the Membership site prior to creating your Bomber Shop account. Click here to change your membership password

I have changed my membership password, does this mean my Bomber Shop password will automatically change?

No. You will need to login to Bomber Shop and update your membership password in order for your record to match and for your 10% discount to be applied. 

 I have created my Bomber Shop account but my discount has not been applied. What should I do?

 To be eligible for a Bomber Shop discount, your membership payments must be up to date. 

 If you are behind in your payments or have not renewed your membership please login to your membership account at and contact the membership department at 03 8340 2000 or email at [email protected]  to resolve the issue.

Terms and Conditions – Bomber Shop Coupons


1.1             Eligible 2022 EFC Members may be provided with a coupon to spend at the Club’s online merchandise store ( and Club’s physical merchandise store at 275 Melrose Drive Melbourne Airport VIC 3045 (“Bomber Shop Coupons”) as part of their Membership Package(s).


1.2             Members will be eligible for a Bomber Shop Coupon if they are not in a “Milestone Year” of membership, as defined as every five years of consecutive membership and pay at least a portion of their Membership Fee equivalent to the value of the Bomber Shop Coupon.


1.3             An ‘Eligible Membership Package’ is any adult or concession Membership Package where the Membership Fee is greater than the value of the Bomber Shop Coupon. For example, a Mighty Bomber Membership Package would not be eligible for a Bomber Shop Coupon as the Membership Fee is $27.


1.4             Each Member will be eligible for one Bomber Shop Coupon per Membership Package.


1.5             Members will receive their Bomber Shop Coupons within 14 business days following renewal of their Membership. The Bomber Shop Coupons will be delivered via email only, and Members are responsible for ensuring they provide an up to date email address to the Club prior to or at the time of renewal.


1.6             The Club will not be responsible for any lost or missed Bomber Shop Coupons as a result of a Members incorrect email address or spam filter.


1.7             Bomber Shop Coupons will expire on 31 October 2022, unless extended by the Club in its sole discretion.


1.8             The value of the Bomber Shop Coupon is $30 unless otherwise notified by the Club.


1.9             These Bomber Shop Coupons are available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised by the Club. The Club has the right to cancel, extend or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.


1.10          Bomber Shop Coupons are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Bomber Shop Coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts including price matching of any other retailer.


1.11          Only one Bomber Shop Coupon can be used per transaction, and each must be used in a single transaction only. The transaction value, excluding postage, must exceed the value of the Bomber Shop Coupon.


1.12          Bomber Shop Coupons may not be combined with any other offers, except for the 10% discount available to Members as part of their Membership. This 10% discount will be automatically applied when Members sign into the Club merchandise site with their Membership credentials, or provide their Membership information at the time of in-store purchase.


1.13          Bomber Shop Coupons can be redeemed against all items available for purchase on the Club’s online and physical merchandise store, except gift cards, postage and other items as advised on the store from time to time.


1.14          Members redeem their Bomber Shop Coupons by entering their unique coupon code as provided to them by the Club, following their Membership Package renewal, in the designated section of the online merchandise store checkout or at the counter in-store. The value of the Bomber Shop Coupon will then be deducted from the subtotal of the order.


 E-Gift Certificates

Bomber Shop E-Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on the Bomber Shop website. E-Gift Certificates have an expiry of 1,095 days after initially purchased. E-Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded. E-Gift Certificates are not refundable. E-Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash or another E-Gift Voucher. E-Gift Certificates terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
